Realist Art of Russian Scientist Victor Katjushchik Guest of THE SECRETS OF PERFECTION Russian scientist Victor Katjushchik (b. 1967 in Khakasia, Krasnoyarsk) spent his youth like other Russian men: served in the Navy, studied at high school, participated in social life of his region -- in 1990 he was elected a deputy to People Soviet of Abakan. After graduation from the institute he became an engineer mechanic. Since 1994 he did scientific discovery in realm of physics on subject "Functions -- characteristics of matter". In 1988 physicist Victor Katjushchik put to the test his possibilities in visual arts. .. There can be no doubt that creative principle of Victor is Realism: Classical Realism, Critical Realism, Moral Realism, Social Realism, Magic Realism, Narrative Realism and Surrealism. The features of realist art coincides with features of his artworks: simplicity, ingeniousness, vitality, attention to genre, resemblance, depiction of deepness, chiaroscuro, aerial perspective, deepness, completeness, realistic harmony of image, and so forth. Well known of two last centuries Russian painters realists (Pavel Fedotov, Vasily Vereshchyagin, Ylyia Repin, Vasily Perov, Nikolai Ge, etc.) are the inspirers of unsurpassable visual narrator Victor Katjushchik (Players, Fairy Tale about Mouse; Larks; Under Umbrella; Daughters - Mothers; Genealogy of Solidarity). The author likes Russia, its people (Do not Scare Slav), melodious Russian songs that even take part in creation of fantastic images (Bell Ringer). Sometimes he is engaged with abstract ideas and expresses them in original and interesting way -- for instance, reminding about ecological catastrophe (Preserving man) or warning about war danger (The Soul of Mars). His personages act in extreme situations when depicted phenomenon opens itself clearest. .. Victor Katjushchik created original technique of painting, he models bodies and other objects of pictures using little polygons resembling honeycomb of bees. Notwithstanding that his human figures are living, meaningful and expressive. The whole of any his picture always thoroughly completed. In base of composition sometimes lies the letter "S" (Genealogy of Solidarity). Colors are modest, often they clearly separate main scene from background. Every his artwork done manually and brings spirit and energy in full its power. Victor is a good and interesting drawer.  .. Besides paintings Victor produces wooden dolls. Every doll is a little invention. Every doll consists from about 127 pieces and it has no any stains or dye staffs. Fascinating, mysterious his photographs still life. .. It is gratifying circumstance that today like in the Renaissance some intellectuals turn up into realm of art creation.
